Our buy values are based on pre-owned pricing, not what the item cost when it was new. Items turned over to us and made available for sale are pre-owned and will be priced accordingly on our sales floor. The buy amount we give you is based on that anticipated selling price. Our internal pricing and research department reviews thousands of items to ensure that our buy values are consistent with pre-owned merchandise. While your item is in pawn, you still own it. Your item is safely stored until you come back to pay your loan in full and claim your merchandise. When you give us an item of collateral for pawn, we keep all accessories (remote controls, cables, etc.) with your item, and place it in our secure facility in an area designated by your pawn loan number.
